They got to start looking at trades to infuse some youth. If they don't think Loperfido is ready for 1B then do something like trading Framber for Kjerstad, who is raking and has plenty of experience at 1B. If that doesn't work then after a month trade another vet. Wait a month then rinse and repeat.

When the front office is more worried about making sure last year's bust of a signing gets opportunities over prioritizing winning just so the signing doesn't look so bad, these are the results we deserve
