Would every GM want him? Sure, but you have other needs and a finite amount assets, so would you be substantially better off allocating those assets including draft picks and pool money to Hader? Probably not.Silent For Too Long said:

Bagging on Crane when everyone in MLB wanted Hader is a terrible take. Not a single GM would have passed on Hader granting they had an owner willing to spend.
Now, Crane could have told Dana, I blew your budget on Hader, we'll raise the budget by another $10-15M to fill our needs.
The worst part about Hader sucking is that you really can't justify Abreu or Pressley taking over the 9th given their similar struggles.
