Is time of game really a concern? But a limit on how long it takes to pull a pitcher. Put a time limit on these old ass managers walking to the mound.

And if the catcher goes out talks and then the manager comes out after make that two trips to the mound.

It's weird too because coming into the season the coaching staff was quite vocal about being more aggressive on the bases.
