I imagine he has diarrhea or general soreness. He pitched hurt last year. They're going to be very careful with him- especially early in the season.

I've always thought we were going to find some time to shelf Framber for a few weeks this season. A "make up an injury" thing that's more about getting him rest and keeping him fresh for Sept/Oct than it is about recovery.

This could be a good time to do it with JV feeling good after his first rehab start and should be back late next week. We could also use a little more time to evaluate Hunter and France and don't necessarily want to bump either of them from the rotation just yet.

With all that said, maybe he does just have the sh*ts lol.

At the risk of getting banned... I posted this on the other thread.

I got a txt from someone who confirmed with his family that Henley is the SP tonight.

I also posted on there today is his normal 5day spot and Sugarland (in Albuquerque) show TBD as SP.

This person says he was a great kid in HS and his family story is very compelling if you are unaware. They didn't know why Fambler isn't pitching.

Statcast showed regression last year, namely in the quality of contact on his pitches. Hope you're right but Father Time is undefeated and 35 ain't a spring chicken in baseball.
