I can't be alone in hoping that the Astros trade Framber before his career inevitably implodes.

Yeah, he can be really good…but guy is likely going to flame out due to emotional instability and he is just gonna be dead weight on the roster when that eventually happens.

I hope he can knock the meltdowns out of his system, but he just falls apart too much to be a long term ace.

It wasn't a bad pitch to swing at though. Belt high 4-seamer on the inner 3rd. He hit its 99.5 MPH. Just bad luck for him that there wasn't a launch angle.

Boy talk about an early season meltdown.

He didn't really implode. It wasn't like he was all over the place. He was very close all around the zone and movement looked great.

First start of the season with some pretty high leverage pitches.

I actually thought it was a promising start.

Do you think this is an opinion formulated only by his performance today? Do you honestly ever feel comfortable with a lead when Framber is pitching?

Look, I think the ump absolutely screwed him and also absolutely has given the assist to Cortes in terms of settling in…but it's just a pattern with Framber.
