If he did lose somebody he needs to be with family IMO. In 20 years he won't probably remember this Wednesday game against the white Sox but he'll be thankful he was with his family during their time of need

Several AAAA type players. That said, it's so hard for me to ever put too much stock into a minor league season record. Good teams typically lose players to call ups multiple times. I'd much rather see our A, A+, and AA teams winning, and that's would make me feel better about the future.

All that aside, they're playing great baseball and it's more fun to go to Constellation than MMP right now….until that July and August heat!

I know some want Joe to manage the team like he's coaching youth baseball, but he has to manage a lot of different personalities, from his millionaire players to his billionaire owner. And he has to do so while trying to win as many games over a 162-game season as possible.

Pile on the injuries he's had to deal with and guys underperforming that this team counts on to win and it's about the worst situation a first-year manager could be in.
