Let me start this off by saying I think he made the wrong decision PH Jon and should have used Joey.

However, management ****ed Espada more than he's screwed up in games this season.

What they have done is worse than anything Espada has done this season.

So, sure, fire him, but as long as Dana is GM and doesn't have the stones to stand up to Crane, things aren't going to get much better.

Manager has to make the best with what management gives him. Espada has not done that if he has the freedom to set the lineup that we have been told he does.

I think the failure and blame falls fully on upper management and their roster decisions... Trying very hard to give Espada the benefit of the doubt since it's a relatively small sample size… but he definitely hasn't done much to warrant confidence
