Maldy would've talked to Hunter and only given up 7 this inning, thanks Diaz

He's still not your #5. Not when you can roll out Verlander Framber Javier Brown Big Luis/Lance/Blanco. This is crazy talk going on in here.
Right now, France is preferable to Brown, and it's because of his control, not his stuff.
If the current trend holds for the next few weeks, yeah, that's what I would do. But it's still early, and Brown definitely has better stuff. He just needs the composure to execute consistently.
Brandon Bielak has thrown 146 pitches in the past six days. Parker Mushinski threw 54 yesterday. For some reason, the Astros used Tayler Scott yesterday to get the final out of the game. Houston's leverage guys are going to have to pitch today just to get them through this game

Astros starter Hunter Brown is the 1st pitcher in MLB history to allow 11 hits while pitching less than 1 full inning.
