Just caught up after being off since the beginning of the game. Holy hell, Ed Wade thinks that's a bad move. I was willing to give it a chance when I thought it was Bloss for Kikuchi, but this?! Hard for me to think the Astros dynasty didn't end the night Crane fired Click for some inexplicable reason.

I would assume that a silver lining for today is you don't make a trade like that unless you are certain Tucker will play again this season

He's a scout. Never been a GM. Learning on the job is not what we needed. Crane has made some poor front office moves since 2020.

2 steps forward 2 steps back.

This homestand has been a microcosm of this season.

- ace start in game 1
- gritty comeback game 2,
- offensive dud game 3
- then a blown game by the bullpen 4

Pretty much every 2024 Astros result mixed into one 4 game stretch
