Here's a few examples of them either lying for no reason or just being terrible at their jobs.

- Yuli "slept on a pillow wrong" and was out 4 weeks in 2021
- Brantley had sore leg from Arlington turf. Day to day diagnosis and missed more than 3 weeks in 2021
- Verlander also slept weird and had sore neck. He's been out over a month

The lying for no reason gets covered pretty easily with the Yuli slept on a pillow wrong and is "day to day" but then missed almost a month.

Unless his pillow was made of bricks I don't think that's entirely possible

A couple of things here.

So, what were the Astros covering up? How did he really hurt his neck?

If the team says he is "day to day" and doesn't immediately put him on the IL, doesn't it PROVE they really think he is day to day?

Why would a team who knows their player is going to be out for a month not immediately put him on the IL? They just like playing games with a short bench just to give other teams a fair chance?

In the end, who cares? He was hurt and he didn't play. The end.

I remember a player back in the 60's and 70's who played for the Pirates and Royals that was only 5'4". His name was Freddy Patel and was from Shiner Texas. And he was a solid player.

If you go to Camden, you can also try Nationals Park. Camden is 45 by train and it's fairly cheap. Then, you can catch an Uber for a 10 minute ride to the park. Eutaw Street by the warehouse is really nice.
