Two equally unforgettable life experiences… winning the World Series in 2017 with the @astros and winning the Gran Final of the @LigaMXExpansion in 2023 with @cancun_fc . I am blessed and thank God for surrounding me with amazing people and family. This is why we sacrifice so… pic.twitter.com/8FKrR1zYdb

There are always signs to steal in football, ask MichiganBuck Compton said:

I mean, I know it is Mexican second-tier soccer, but he does set a culture of making sure **** gets done. At all costs. Which means his teams win.
But I wouldn't take him back.
I told yall he's moving to Arizona. He's probably expected to sign with a team that has ST in Arizona.n_touch said:

Bregman won't be back after this year. Best we can hope for is one hell of a contract year out of him.n_touch said:

Something I've heard in the last week: while it's far from a priority, the Jays might try to get out from under George Springer's deal as part of their off-season work. He has an 8-team no-trade clause.

We haven't paid for past their prime old man decline years until Brantley & Abreu signed and JV got traded for. None of those moves "break the bank" since NY chipped in and Abreu only got 19.5 per for 3 years. These are all Crane / Bagwell moves.Mr.Bond said:I get it..... still hurts to hear.texasaggie2015 said:Bregman won't be back after this year. Joe Espada said he’s talked to Yainer Diaz once a week since getting the managerial job. As spring training draws closer, they’ll increase communication and preparation for Diaz’s first season as a primary catcher.

Joe Espada stopped short of naming an everyday center fielder. He said Jake Meyers and Chas McCormick will get chances in spring training to play. Espada said Mauricio Dubón is best served as the team’s “super utility” guy, but he’ll get some run in center field, too.

Dana Brown: “We’re not entertaining trading Bregman at all.”

Dana Brown said the Astros will get a fourth option year on Forrest Whitley. Whitley, who is healthy and throwing, will report to spring training as a reliever, Brown said.

Updates from GM Dana Brown:
— Brian McTaggart (@brianmctaggart) December 4, 2023
- Astros aren’t trading Bregman: “Most teams understand we aren’t trading Alex Bregman.”
- Forrest Whitley will compete for a bullpen role this spring.
- Focus remains relief pitching/catcher. “I’m not interested in overpaying in relief market.”
Would you say you're close on anything?
— Chandler Rome (@Chandler_Rome) December 5, 2023
Dana Brown: "“I would say that the talks are heating up, but Im not sure if I would say close. Close to me means you are exchanging information and medical stuff. I would say that things are heating up now."

Springer could be back with the Astros
but more like in 2025 or 2026
Quote:
By the end of the first week of a new year, the Yankees will either have Yamamoto and Juan Soto or we will just have to accept that they are in a new era B.C. which stands for both Brian Cashman and Before Collapse.
https://t.co/VXvxCYZa0g over the next few weeks we will learn if the Yankees can still be the Yankees.

Zach Dezenzo is a name to watch at 3B in 2025 if Alex Bregman does end up leaving (which looks likely). Great work by @midzee4 and @jeffpaternostro https://t.co/PIm3qOGryq pic.twitter.com/aTTEgnc2jN
