And I am absolutely worried that Dana Brown might jump ship if gets overruled and another "smartest guy in the room" analytics denier gets hired.


Need someone who views the front office nerds as an aid and an edge not an annoyance.

I think Maldy will manage at some point.

The team doesn't need much this off-season to contend again. Rest and recovery will go a long way.

This game for whatever reason popped up in my head today so was looking for the highlights. 2017 game against the Twins and ended up scoring 8 runs in the top of the 8th inning to take the lead in this one. down 8-2 in top of the 8th and I realized that Pressly was pitching, but for the Twins.

Correct. And I believe there was a long rain delay during this game if I remember correctly.

I think I got the runs wrong though, scored 11 in top of the 8th.

Hey guys still a little bit of a newbie to this thread hope to be a bit more active but I got a question, wondering from those that are way more knowledgeable of how MLB teams work. So we keep saying and saying that Framber is a little bit of a "head case" and you could really see it when Altuve would mess up on a defensive play and they cut to Framber and he's just shaking his head talking to himself all upset. Do teams like the Astros have Sports Psychologist or Therapist that they can talk to and help them? I mean also Peña with his personal problems and maybe also the batters eye deal everybody kept saying it's a mental thing. Maybe talking to someone might help or is that still a subject that to each their own kind of thing??
