I think the birth of the "opt out" era might help resign one of them. If crane is willing to include opt outs in Tucker's deal I bet he'd take it

I was of the same mind, but who the hell knows. Crane just spent more than ever and got very close to going near the 3rd level of tax.
With as much money comes off the books after 25 we might have some room.

His emphasis on clear communication is great. Seems like has a very clear plan and is executing it with conviction.
