Im a lifelong Rangers fan, but I'm objective enough to know it was unintentional. He absolutely meant to send a high and tight message there (any savvy pitcher would've done the same), but the ball got away from him. To quote the great Ron Washington, " that's the way baseball go." The suspension is bullsh.

I don't drag my ***** across someone's face just because I bettered them at something. That's a huge part of what is hurting the way our society thinks. It's all about owning and embarrassing anyone who you go up against (physically or politically or whatever).

But if you do want to drag your ***** across someone's face when you better them, then don't be a baby about a getting a fastball off your giant elbow pad.....because that is about 10" lower than you deserve.

You can equivocate all you want but Individuals cheating vs organizational cheating is vastly different. But you know that.

But let's say you didn't; if you're a pitcher, would you rather pitch to someone who might be juicing? Or someone who knows what pitch is coming?

Astros is a top to bottom problem. Knowing what pitch that is coming is an advantage better than anything PEDs can get you. Every batter on the astros benefited from the way they were cheating.

How many games came down to 1 run in the 2017 ALCS? Plus, you had AJ Hinch mocking the yankees when they suspected the astros were cheating then had that one player who made a racial gesture at Darvish when he homered off him. The arrogance of the astros during the whole thing pissed off a lot of people too. Their fans going full circle the wagon and refusing to even acknowledge they cheated or like you, equivocated it away.

Man, there's a lot of crow at the table. No one seems hungry now though

Its b/c Astros fans are largely the sips of MLB. Sure, some of them are good decent people....but most open their mouths and reveal their true character. Love to dish it out, but can't take it...
