Assuming the Astros continue to win, who do you NOT want to play in the WS?

Philadelphia; Those guys are tough, they can hit, they can pitch well, and they play down right hard. Not saying San Diego would be a push over either, but I really dont want to play the Phillies. I saw 2/3 games a few weeks ago when they were in Houston. They are brutal and they dont give up.
Peace for Ukraine!

I agree, Philly is hot. They remind me of the Nationals when we played them in the WS.

I am scared of no one. Bring on the 27 Yankees, we'll take them down in six.

I want the Phillies. They made a young jkag cry. Now we have Yordan and crew to make it all better.

Really don't care, just want 11 postseason Ws. Three down, eight to go.

Joe Buck is on ESPN now. No worries--he's not going to call a game.

Joe Buck works for ESPN and isn't calling postseason baseball.

The Phillies would be the better match up, in my opinion, for a seven game series.

Phillies only really have two above-average, solid starters and their pen can be shaky. Braves left way to many scoring opportunities on the board in game one after a ton of walks and a couple errors by the Phillies.

And even though they fielded decently against the Braves, they aren't a great defensive team.

Phillies are playing great right now but think San Diego is going to be a tougher opponent because they have deeper starting pitching, a better pen with an elite closer, and better defensively overall.

Of course, its October baseball so none of that means a whole lot either…

No more NL east teams thank you.

Plus I lived in SD for 12 years. So I have to pull for them at least until they play the Stros

Hopefully we play a team that just won 2-3 playoff series that is cold.

Phillies are hot, but Padres are definitely the better team and have the better pitching. Not particularly worried about anyone, but like others said it's October, so you just never know

I don't want a west coast team due to time difference. Watching games that end at 1:00am and working don't mix very well.

It won't matter for world series. Games will start at 8pm Eastern for every game.

Well my answer would have been the Dodgers but we don't have to worry about that . Between Phillies and Padres I'd rather the Padres. No chance at cold weather and much more laid back fans. Team wise I don't watch enough NL baseball to have an opinion.
