So long story short I got my old mitt from my parents and had it in a bucket in the bed of my truck (under a bed cover) well the bucket managed to get under the overflow for the cover...When I found the glove it had been sitting in water a week at least. and weighed a ton.

The laces on the pocket had already broken. I was able to clean the glove up and dry it out and I think I can easily re-lace the pocket...but what I worry is the rest of the laces will pop as soon as I try using it.

Anyone have any insight, experience re-lacing? I am fully aware I could send it somewhere and get it done but I'm not usually that guy

With the proper tool it isn't that bad. Without it is impossible.

Took me an entire baseball game to do it. But I slowly but surely figured it out. Most was easy by tracing the old laces. The pocket not so much because it was detached
