Agree with others, Steele Walker's name is great playing for the Rangers but that's about the only thing worthy of him being on the MLB roster

I said it at the time, it was a pointless call-up. There's absolutely nothing in his minor league resume that suggests he's ready for the show. I doubt he ever will be.

If Walker is sent down. doesn't look like it'll be Willie taking his spot on the roster From today's Scott Lucas email update, see below. I figured some team would give him a shot, at least in AAA. Ouch.

Defensive positioning in the infield has been really bad so far. White Sox are getting so many cheap hits that would otherwise be outs

And with the extra innings rules with the free runner on 2nd, I still don't see why we don't see more sac-bunts to third followed by a safety squeeze to plate a run. Seems like if you can plate a run without even needing a hit that is the smartest strategy to take.

Would love to find a way to win this one. Culberson collides with White but then gets his ass up and goes after the ball and prevents tying run from scoring.

So Winn was pulled today at 4.2 innings with only 64 pitches. Probably just wishful thinking, but there's not a starter named Wednesday yet. Would think Ragans would be first but could we see his debut?

Winn isn't going to be called up IMO. He's been struggling with control all season. In 10 starts, he's only pitched 44 innings and has walked 30, with a 5.44 ERA. Actually, we don't have a starter at AAA with an ERA under 5.
Ragans from AA might be asking a lot, given his injury history, but he's been pitching great at that level.

I'm not sure there's a starter in the minors who's ready to be in the majors in that role.

I hope we don't rush Winn to the majors. Leave him in the minors, work his way up. We are a longshot for a wildcard spot, no need to rush him up IMO.

Ragans? Maybe? He's had surgery twice I believe so the clock is ticking on him. Maybe give him a look, but I'd still rather wait until 2023 for him as well.
