So I just signed up for IPVanish - setup took all of 1 minute.

Ranger and Astros games now appear on MLB.TV schedule. We'll see whether I got everything et up correctly later.

I guess one question for other VPN users - do I have to keep this computer with IPVanish running for the VPN to remain active? I can test it later, but there's nothing geographically blocked on right now.

Welp - MLB.TV freezes when IPVanish is engaged. So I cancelled that one.

Looking for suggestions now.

My experience the last few years is that none work well the week or 2 and then most all work. No idea if the MLB stops actively hating us or if vpn providers change the IPs or what, but this has happened for me each of the last few years.

No luck tonight with Surfshark or my corporate vpn either one

I used to use NordVPN and then it stopped working. I was tired of messing with it, so I just added on a FUBO package during baseball season. Now, I have just switched over the cable to the At&t/DirectTV streaming service. It is great and I can watch the Astros.
