If anyone cheated their way to a World Series no-hitter, it was Don Larsen. Homeboy's career record was 81-91 and the previous year against the Dodgers in the World Series he gave up 5 earned runs in 4 innings for an ERA of 11.25

In 1954, his record for the season was 3-21.

Interesting thought about tonight.

If the team treated today like any other three game road series, we should be in good shape. We were dynamite in the last game of a series this year regardless of what happened in the first two or three games.

In fact, we were 37-9 (.804) in the last game of a 3 or 4 game series.
