Just checking in. I said it this morning at 9 am. Not using Bieber was rolling the dice and if it didn't work Tito should be fired before he gets out of the shower. It's idiotic.

I would fire his ass before the water gets hot. Unless Bieber was injured this was a bonehead call.

The single biggest reason NY win was the extra days off they got to rest their own. They were staring at 4 straight days and the rain out bought them an extra day off. Look at Peralta pitching in all 5 games. No way he does that without the rainouts.

Jankees hit .182 for the series but also had 9 home runs. Keep the walks way down and runners off the base paths knowing you're gonna give up the occasional bomb. Do this and it's Stros in 5.

Judge and Stanton both chase the low and away pitch, but if you don't get it far enough down their long arms can push that ball easily over the RF wall. YS and MMP are both HR targets for them

Franconia had to be on the take to throw the game. Starting Civale and not Bieber, then no challenge on the play at first when it was clearly safe? On top of that the Guardian's approach at the plate was horrendous. They were listless with no emotion and that's on Francona. They acted liked they couldn't wait to end the game and get out of NY ASAP.
