It's glorious isn't it? They'd be better off making a run a Yuli but that's what is great about these big market money burners.

It's not like the Astros have mega big market money to spend, but you have to apprecIate how this organization has handled everything going back to 2014.

Good organizations with reliable GMs are hard to come by. We were lucky with Hunsicker for 10 years. I get we didn't win many playoff series, but his foundation eventually paid off in 2004 and 2005.

I love all these teams just chasing free agents and burning payroll on long term contracts. Just hope the Astros farm system and pitching projects stay strong so we can grab some people for 2-4 year contracts as needed.
