But I will never like something something that superfluous in any repetition sport/event. Just not a lot of examples in history of guys in any repetition sport that have long-term consistency without streamlining their process as much as possible.

I would bet the farm that he'll ditch it sooner than later.

Agreed. I also trust the pitching coaches to help him figure it out.

He also gets unfairly compared to what JV and Framber are doing.

Nope, if you are gonna get rid of Will, bring up Martinez. A bad left hander in the bullpen is a loaded gun to dusty. He'll happily shoot himself in the foot every opportunity he gets
