I don't fault them for it. They are in no man's land. Keep him and not improve or make the playoffs. Trade him and improve for the future but admit you are bailing on this one.

Then madly and Contreras platoon at catcher with Wilson dh and yordan in left more.
I think yordan has proven he is young and athletic enough to play full time left.

Holy crap the Red Sox are imploding. Eovaldi comes off the IL, gives up (officially) 9 to Toronto in 2 2/3. Leaves down 6-0 with the bases loaded, next pitcher comes in, routine fly ball to center field gets lost in the lights, center fielder mopes rather than chase after it, inside the park grand slam. They are cratering.
