really though, going to a full count and pretty much ensuring he's gotta throw a fastball to avoid walking a guy is the biggest problem

You're beating the only team in front of you in the standings and the game is half over. Have to go all in on this one. No idea what the next game will bring.

That's just the nature of bullpen arms.

For Abreu, I think its a combo of being less than reliable the last few years, the walks, and the blow-up vs LAA right before the break.

Besides walks, what is not to like about these #s?
