In Oakland, the visitor's bullpen is on the field right in front of sections 105, 106, 107, 108. I've sat in the front of those sections before, and it's cool to be right there when the bullpen guys are warming up.
In Oakland I suggest buying a seat next to the drummer and taking care of business. I promise no one will charge you
I was there several years ago. The ushers wouldn't let you sit up close anywhere despite all those seats being empty. You could move around a bit more among the lousy seats. Not sure if that's still enforced.spadilly said:

I had the same experience. I asked why and one worker told me that they have sections that they don't sell tickets to so they can save money on not having ushers and other workers there and so they don't have to spend money on janitors cleaning those sections after the game. He hasn't made a bad postseason move so far that an recall.
I do like him giving guys chances to perform in multiple situations. I think that pays dividends.

Agreed. Last year he annoyed me all season with his dumb decisions, only to be pretty on-point all post season. I'm not sure exactly why he is the way he is during the regular season, but he earned the benefit of the doubt from me.

Anywhere in EaDo if you want available street parking and pregame spots on your way to MMP.
He's just getting some guys into the game in different situations to see how they will respond. It's his way of getting information for the postseason.
I get it, but definitely could have hurt our playoff seeding last season and not sure it is quite worth the risk.
