I can't imagine what the Rangers think they will get out of Keuchel. I guess since he's free there is no monetary cost. But if he manages to make it to the big club he would take up a 40 man spot. And it's way too late to have him show well enough to flip.

Is it me or has Odos FB velocity been down 1-2 mph since coming back? Seems like he was hovering around 93-94 before he went down.
