I hope he does. That was disappointing to hear. No good excuse, really. V isn't pitching. Go get a damn jersey and get him to sign it. Or Gurriel. One of the two would have done that without issue to get the ball for their teammate.

Edit: Glad they did the right thing. Finally. Got to wonder if it would have happened without ESPN, though.
