He's not gonna admit he was tipping. 47 innings and 4 home runs. This team, their manager and especially Schwarber through Cora knew what they had on LMJ at the very start of the game. Has nothing to do with them "looking" for breaking stuff, they knew exactly when it was coming.

You manage Game 3 of a series far differently than you do Game 7. If the Astros bats had shown a pulse, plated a run or two Dusty would not have tried to stretch out LMJ in this game either.

You manage Game 3 of a series far differently than you do Game 7. If the Astros bats had shown a pulse, plated a run or two Dusty would not have tried to stretch out LMJ in this game either.
It would have done is zero good to yank Lance earlier. We conserved arms and we'll be ready for tomorrow. Hopefully Javier doesn't have to be perfect.

Dusty has no idea how to manage game 7. He's lost every one he's ever been in. Tiger doesn't change it's stripes. He has shown a stubborn willingness to stick with guys who are obviously tapped out. It backfired in game 1, worked in game 2, and made the hole even deeper tonight. If we had a manager that had any urgency or even seemed like he slightly gave a damn, I might be inclined to agree with your argument.

He needs to quit hitting the 430 matinee at Golden Corral before games. Puts him to sleep by game time.

Strange how that doesn't happen like that on the road for them.

Anyways, worst pitching performance happened in same game with worst offensive performance. That's the silver lining. Assuming the offense returns they'll be fine.

My all time favorite major league team is still playing tomorrow, Nov. 2nd. If you can't be hyped about that, then you don't have a pulse.

We are in the World Series for the 4th time in 6 years. We are the mother fuggin Targaryen dynasty at this point, need more hype in chat. The series is 2-1, and all we have to do is fix some of our starting pitching and bats.

Will your worry help the Astros one iota? Do I still get frustrated and anxious during games? Sure, but I learned long ago I enjoy the Game a lot more when I just go along for the ride.

Will your worry help the Astros one iota? Do I still get frustrated and anxious during games? Sure, but I learned long ago I enjoy the Game a lot more when I just go along for the ride.


I'm not losing sleep over it, but the Phils look a lot better right now that the Astros.

I think Javier and the bullpen give the Astros the pitching performance they need to win tomorrow. The question is if the offense will show up. The hope is the offense picked the right game tonight to lay its goose egg in the series. Unless Javier has some bad tells I think he will have a quality start. It's all on the offense tomorrow

Being aggressive helped G2 early, but I honestly wish our hitters would be more patient and allow the rest of the team to get good looks at their pitchers so we can adjust during the game

Getting quick outs just doesn't do the team any favors
