That's exactly how Harper's heat map suggests he should be attacked. I expect a lot of that plan against him this series. I think he and Schwarber will see lots of spin this series.

The amount of people on harpers nuts is a little ridiculous. The guy has been meh, good ish for a while now. He's had a great post season to date but…

I don't see anyone calling Peña the best hitter in the American League right now.

I don't really know what youre saying.

Is he a top 5 hitter in mlb? Top 10? Top 20?

I have him 4th in the AL west. He would have to be on the rangers to be the best hitter on his team.

Harper is a victim of his own hype. He would be rated more highly if we hadn't had "he's a generational talent" crammed down out throats since he was 15. He's a very good player, but he's no Morgan Ensberg.

Because he didn't post MVP #s ina year where he played through an injury means he's not elite?

Since he joined the Phillies, he's wRC+ is 6th best behind Trout, Judge, Alvarez, Soto, & Freeman. He's ahead of guys like Goldschmidt, Springer, Bregman, Altuve, Betts, Ohtani, Ramirez, Acuna, Tucker, Alonso, etc.
