I've said that for bullpen. One blow up inning ruins it for them.

Regardless of the stat you want to use, Urquidy and Garcia were the worst starters for us. They are a significant step down from our top 4 starters. Garcia has the ability to unlock something extra (98) in the bullpen.

I think you're reaching if you think either will be used in a close game with our full bullpen available. And I think you're reaching of you think the most probably scenario is Urquidy comes in and deals.

He's gone 1.2 twice this year and 2.0 once this year. They're not looking for 3.0 "minimum"… that would be a stretch goal for them, considering he would take two mid-inning breaks.
