MLBCIS is such a crack investigative unit that it wasn't until a scum bag rabies afflicted rat named Michael Fiers opened the orifice on his face after ending up on a division rival that it even was aware of any possible sign stealing in 2017.

Still not sure how the Red Sox haven't really gotten any public blowback for 2018. Teflon.

Did the league know players were juicing during the roids era? Hell yeah.

MLB has always been corrupt, willing to turn a blind eye when it maximizes revenues.

After that, it's damage control. The flyover country Astros were an easy mark to take the heat.

Baseball Bat Bros did a video on the 2019 balls which were supposedly juiced vs 2021 ball vs HS ball. Not a very scientific study, but they can definitely mess with the balls if they want.
