Raley is bad
Raley is not bad. Rays are a pretty good organization, especially for pitchers. Highly doubt they would have signed a bad 35 year old pitcher for the hell of it.
I'm not saying he's good (even if his stuff on paper shows he is), but he's definitely not bad. He's a pretty average middle relief pitcher. Not everyone in your bullpen is going to have a sub 3 ERA.
