  • Increase base salary for players who haven't yet reached arbitration
  • Advertising on uniforms
  • Yes to the DH in the NL (edited for correctness)
  • Draft lottery to discourage tanking
  • Expanded playoff to 12 teams
  • 45 days to implement rule changes: pitch clock, ban on shifts, larger bases
  • Limiting the number of times a player can be optioned to the minors in one season
