Rob Manfred says the 2023 schedule will be more balanced. Teams will play at least one series against every opponent in both leagues.

How is that gonna work out? Assuming you play 2 interleague series against each team in the given division you are assigned to oppose for the year, if you take one series away from that and play another team, that still puts you at 10 interleague series. Need 5 more. Maybe cut out some in-division games?

Those tiebreaker games have to bite the dust to make sure the Wild Card Series can start two days after the end of the regular season.

That's especially true in this postseason, which has to fit into a tighter window so World Series dates don't have to be moved.
Also in CBA: Amateur draft will be 20 rounds. Players can be optioned no more than five times in a season.

A player can only receive one bonus.
So a Rookie of the Year who also finished top 5 in MVP voting would get just the larger (MVP) amount.

- A new pre- arbitration bonus pool of $50 million will be drawn from the central revenue fund to pay the games top young players who are not yet eligible for arbitration. The amount will remain flat over five years.
- The pool will count $1.66 million per club for CBT payroll purposes.
Yes it counts against the CBT and each team will contribute $1.66 MM per year.

The talk a few days ago was where the per diem they got for meals would count under the CBT. I don't think the bonuses were ever discussed as a part of it. I doubt they would be because those bonuses would come from the league, not the individual teams.
