Their team has wanted this way more than ours. I saw it in game 1 and was hoping it was an isolated thing, but you can tell. They're dialed in and grinding. Our crew is aloof.

At this point, Dusty will get everyone in so they can say they played in a WS.

They have executed against our lefties, and that's where most of our power is. They've pitched Carlos so well and taken his power out of the game.
Then we've also swung at so much junk instead of forcing them into 2-2 and 3-2 counts.
Offense just got shut down by some really good pitching.
Still have time to come back, but have to start getting runs back soon.

Everyone's arm is tired. They've seen all our guys multiple times. We were playing with fire all postseason with ****ty starts.

Yes, it is a sad fact. Maybe they can come back but it's not looking good.
I'll continue to bang the drum that, despite the regular season team averages, I was not at all impressed with the job Alex Cintron did this year as hitting coach. The second half of the year was much worse and few players improved, even with the ban of sticky stuff.
That's my story, anyway.
