I got in a fairly major fight with the wife during the 2019 run. We were watching a game in the NY series....she kept looking at her phone and wasn't paying attention. I was fine with that, but when I started screaming when NY scored she tried to come after me. Said something to the effect of "I'm watching too, and I don't see any reason to freak out."

That sent me over the edge. I was screaming at her "Oh, you're watching!? How many hits do we have? HOW MANY HITS!"

And it went on from there. We ended up winning that game, so bring it Karen.

Bringing this back from just before the season started...

When the wife is in the room, she doesnt pay much attention at all, just in the room for if her presence is helping the cause...at that time she takes to the family group chat and discusses my idiosyncrasies with everyone.

She had a ball with that during the Bama game...especially when I went and unlocked the front door...followed moments later by me sprinting out the door hooting and hollering down the street so I didnt go nuts in the house and wake up the kids. After making fun, she actually said "thank you for taking that outside"

Ours are more special though. The braves ones are just a regular bottle dipped in some blue wax. We got a special batch of orange.

Just turned down a free ticket to tonight's game from the same guy that I went to game 7 of the Nationals series.

I can't in good faith drop that kind of bad juju on the team.
