I also don't trust Framber at all tomorrow. He's too unreliable. And Bregman either needs to be benched or moved down to the 7 hole.

And in order to win the WS, your hitters have to hit when it matters most and not many of our star hitters have shown that.

Why not? What they're doing now isn't working. Bregman is a wasted at bat. Having 3 lefties is certainly better than the righty we have there now.

I think we'll be lucky if we see pre-injury Bregman again. They were pretty cagey with what they revealed and only said "soft tissue" but he missed like 50+ games so my gut says he tore that quad and aggravated it during rehab. That's really hard to heal up (I did something similar and it never fully healed).

He should be sitting for Diaz because Bregman is sporting a robust .071 BA.

One of those guys came in clutch when their team needed them the most. The other one can barely make contact.

Lol okay man… go look at his numbers over the last two seasons and tell me I'm wrong.

It's a statistical collapse of epic proportions from his 2018 and 2019 season, which coincides with his $100MM deal. I don't think it can be argued at this point

It lines up with the fact that he's had recurring soft tissue injuries to his quads and hamstrings. Whatever he's doing diet/training wise is clearly not working.

Maybe it's the optimist in me….. but here's how I see it.

Game 5 - we have the advantage. Our #1 vs their Johnny Fullstaff (again)

Game 6 - back home, 55/45 tossup

Game 7 - if we get there, we have all the momentum, pressure on the Braves to not choke, and we're at home.


I'm not saying we're in a good spot… but we're still in this.

Lineup needs an overhaul, not only to change things up, but mostly to get Bregman out. He's an automatic out right now, and you can't have that batting 3rd. I wouldn't argue against replacing him with Diaz.

Pretty telling that games played at MMP have been offensive games with big innings and games played in ATL have been low scoring pitches duels where managerial strategy plays a big role.

Typical NL games vs typical AL games.
