We are 3-0 so far in the playoffs when I go. And it's been completely different attire each game.

I would say the best chance for that was today. But Bregman was actually our only bright spot in the lineup getting on base 3 times

As long as his ankle is okay he will likely stay at the 3 hole

You're right, it's just frustrating to see them play this way. I love this team so much, I just get pissed when they lose. They have shown to come back all year, no need to lose faith now!!!

No batting practice. Playing at an unfamiliar park. Hank Aaron night. Hallion was behind the plate. It was a recipe for disaster.

In all of that, the Braves only scored 2 runs. We played great defense. Riley got lucky with his double. Bregman almost made an awesome play. The ball went off his glove.

We are ok.

Yuli has been pretty bad himself. The only way I see the lineup changing is if Diaz gets the start because of the ankle. I could see Dusty changing it up then. But outside of a few head scratching pitching changes (that have all generally worked out so far) he's been pretty conservative this postseason. I don't see him changing the core lineup now.

Umm from game 4 of the DS to game 2 of the WS batting .429 with an OPS north of 1.000. He's had a hit in all but 3 postseason games including 4 multi hit games. Only thrice has he had 5 PA in a game.

Well Gurriel batted 3rd 35x this year and his most common spot was actually 5th. Him not in the 7 hole is what got us here.

Just because something worked well enough doesn't mean we shouldn't improve on it.

Ha. Honestly his stuff didn't look all that great. His command was tremendous though and he did a great job working all areas of the zone. I don't recall a single pitch over the heart of the plate. Just seems like an extremely smart pitcher.

I thought it was just the opposite. He had almost no command. He was either up and above the zone or in the dirt and we couldn't get a read on where it was going. I wonder how much a lack of BP mattered. Not being able to take live swings against the batting eye I thought was big.

Too me, he didn't really look hittable. It was either all spike balls or FBs on the edges. The error was not being patient and having him walk a couple of guys in a row to forced the decision to pump fastballs in the zone or pull him early.

Yuli tried this and hallion rung him up on two pitchers outside the zone

But for the lack of command he still didn't leave any fat pitches over the middle. When he missed, it was off the plate.
