He also knows Oakland is about to get in a war for a new home and they have an owner who won't spend money.
The Padres are loaded with talent and have shown they are willing to spend. Plus, he gets to live in San Diego.

It's supposed to be a light drizzle or misty rain. Only 0.06" of rain is expected all day. They will play the game.
