That will help, but so will scoring more than 2 damned runs.

So apparently Eduardo Gomez implied that Framber could have been tipping his pitches again last night. Maybe when he gets caught up in the moment he defaults to his old habits. If that is the case then hopefully Strom can fix him and get ahead of it with Urquidy and Garcia the next couple of games.

Byproduct of the WGN & TBS years where those are the only teams that a lot of the country got to watch and then that great 90s run created a lot of bandwagon fans. Along with the Yankees and Sox, the Braves have an annoying amount of "t-shirt fans" that have no association to the team other than that's who they decided to root for at some point.Ag12thman said:
There are too many Braves fans on this site. I know there are Ags from every state out there, but geez.
So Tucker and Brantley were problems at the plate yesterday? Yet they went a combined 5-9.FrioAg 00 said:
Sorry, meant Breg not Brantly. Edited it.
When Tucker got to the plate with 3 on base in the first, were you confident like you would have been with Yordon or Brantly?
What about against the Sox when he left 2 on or when he hit into they key double play? And I didn't say he's ice cold - but he is NOT as hot as he was during the last 20 games of the regular season when he was hitting everything they could throw. He has cooled off some.
If troll, then sublime effort.FrioAg 00 said:

He had a 3 RBI game 2 games ago. He's had 4 RBI over the last 4 games. He's had 21 RBI this entire offseason so far in 11 games.FrioAg 00 said:

He's not struggling like Tuve /Breg /Correa but he is still leaning a lot out there. One month ago he was the hottest batter in baseball.
I don't care to find the post. But someone really posted that Yordan was lost at the plate last night. Guess that's what happens when people expect .500 to be the norm and you get two outs.astros4545 said:

Seriously? If they can't do their job at least half the time then they need to sit. This is the World Series here, ain't nobody got time for .300 hittershtxag09 said:I don't care to find the post. This thread is menstrual enough during the regular season when there is little at stake, most of the posters closely follow the team and know something about baseball.astros4545 said:

In the Boston series plus WS Game 1, he got 8 RBIs and 17 LOB.
That's ok but it's certainly not great.
But I'm done, y'all go back to thinking he's killing it and on pace for WS MVP.

Now add a bunch of yeasty noobs with a ton of passion and very little baseball knowledge during the World Series and this is what we get.
I don't mind, to tell you the truth. We'll get back to sensible baseball talk next spring and it's entertaining to have folks living and dying with every pitch. I remember getting really into baseball for the first time during the '86 season and that's exactly how I acted. Of course I was in middle school at the time, but I digress...

All is moot if Altuve doesn't lead off with hits
Its almost as entertaining as the fat men sitting in their office/home pounding away on a moronic website pretending they are the next coming of Tommy Lasorda. Its comical for sure.Harry Dunne said:This thread is menstrual enough during the regular season when there is little at stake, most of the posters closely follow the team and know something about baseball.astros4545 said:

I'd like to see this and I posted something similar yesterday. Somebody said "analytics team wouldn't like it".mike_ags_fan12 said:

Meanwhile Urquidy is also a reverse split guy this season as wellbearkatag15 said:
It seems Fried is a bit of a reverse split pitcher.
vs Left - .240/.298/.409/.707
vs Right - .223/.277/.334/.611
The only problem is that Bregs will not get pitches to hit. There is no reason to pitch to him with Chas following.Wabs said:I'd like to see this and I posted something similar yesterday. Somebody said "analytics team wouldn't like it".mike_ags_fan12 said:
