So is there any chance Lance will be on the roster and pitch? I was hoping he would be back ? Sure could use him

I confess no expertise, but statistically speaking, isn't the bigger risk NOT having all 3 of those bats in the lineup ?? Put Tucker in CF, and flip a coin with Brantley and Alvarez in LF/RF. Who has the better arm, Uncle Mike or Yordan?
We tried it once or twice in SF or LAD earlier this season.OKCAg2002 said:FTACo88-FDT24dad said:

Having an outfield of Yordan in LF, Tucker CF, and Brantley in RF is frightening. Brantley's arm is below average. I don't see how you can run that out there. Maybe you do that with Framber because you don't get many balls to the outfield, but I think we will see Yordan in LF in Atlanta with Brantley being the first PH off the bench in a crucial situation.

Idk what the exchange rate is, but we should also keep in mind that our offense numbers have been put up with a DH, and theirs with a pitcher.
Our 1-6/7 definitely still has the edge based solely on individual numbers, but Team stats to this point can be deceiving.
That said…'stros in 4.

If Meyers isn't on this roster, who does Dusty add to the WS roster to replace him? I'd think another position player. Maybe Stubbs if he's recovered from his injury

Id hate having to put Brantley on the bench. Would definitely try to avoid that. McCormick doesn't come close to providing what Brantley does at the plate. I don't really care what the batting average says.
$235 for SRO and $270 for way upper deck plus like $50 in fees per ticketjetch17 said:
anyone who grabbed WS tickets wen they went on sale, whats the ballpark on what the 'face value' was per ticket?
Marwin most likely. With NL rules we need the extra PH and its better than Stubbs.bearkatag15 said:

If we face a lefty in ATL, Brantley should 100% not be starting.astros4545 said:Sher Thing said:

Brantley vs RHP - .920ops
Vs LHP - .575 ops
Chas vs LHP - .830 ops

Not to mention the defensive improvement we gain with someone else
