Castro has to get a start. Maldy is a black hole. Love the dude and he handles pitchers better than any catcher in the league but we need some production out of that slot.

Stanek has opened before.

Starters can't go 2 innings anyways so why not get it started with graveman or stanek giving you 2 good innings

This stinks like the 2019 WS. We taunted the baseball gods. Things have not gone well since. In 2019, Bregman carried his bat to first to talk smack. This series Correa pumped his game 1 HR. Hopefully, the baseball gods will believe after these last two games we will have served our penance.

Nothing, to me, says quality broadcast like them showing the green room and one of the network analysts doing a celebratory dance over a grand slam in the ALCS.

The slant of baseball media has blinded them to just how bad they look to (primarily) fans outside of New York and Boston. While the Giants/Jets and even Knicks get disproportionate coverage…no other sport tolerates the bias toward 2 teams and seems so completely unaware that it isn't a boost to the sport and makes them look weak as *****

Baseball has gone from the national pastime to playoffs on FS1 in a generation for a reason.

I'm not saying there are rules. I loved it. I just think that with a game where you fail most of the time, you will be humbled. I'm superstitious and believe there are baseball gods. Just saying.
