It does, but this Cardinals team is not like those of old. The Dodgers are just *******s.

I dislike Jim Edmonds and Albert Pujols, but I respect those guys. These Dodgers suck.

Watching this game with St Louis, I'm reminded of my father telling me how as a kid in the early 50's in Texas, most baseball fans in Texas followed either the Cardinals or the Yankees. Cardinals because they were most southern and western team (and had a big radio presence in Texas) and the Yankees, since they were the Yankees.
