Jones is jon singleton, aj reed, etc. tear is up in minors and not much in the show. Feel like we havent had a home grown first baseball pan out on a while. Home grown meaning drafted.

Jon Singleton was touted as the next big thing here so that is what led to the dissapointment in him not working out. I don't think anyone expect anything out of Taylor Jones who is already 27 years old.

Hopefully this draft we focus a lot of finding the eventual replacements to gets who are getting up there in age like Yuli, and Brantley.

Darvish has a no hitter going. Would sure be nice to see the Astros break up the no hitter in the next inning. I remember the last time Yu Darvish had a no hitter going against the Astros and Marwin ruined it.

I was at that game. My friends (all Astros fans) were rooting for the ability to see a perfect game in person. I was rooting for it to be broken up because FTR.

We have squandered more big inning finish the game
Type opportunities in the last month than I can count. Lots of those times it kept teams in games and they came back to win late.

Have to start cashing in on these and finishing teams early so we can save bullpen high leverage guys as well

But yeah the 2017 team only beat him because of sign stealing.
