Hinch did similar things with Greinke. If the Astros are scared of him going deep into games then they shouldn't have acquired him. He isn't a #5 or even a #4. And this season he is our surprising ace.

Im good with the banter, and he ended up being right. Telecast had a good stat showing after 80 pitches the OPS against goes way up.

That being said, an ace not being able to go through a lineup 3 times isnt really an ace IMHO
