If we had to choose a time for George to be in a 1-20 slump, it would be as early in the season as possible.

Thankfully this isn't the 2015-2016 offense where one guys slump kills our lineup

No matter what MLB says or how they try to spin it this season is going to have an asterisk behind it. It's entirely possible they can't even get 60 games in with some of these clubs being shutdown now.
That being said I am way to pissed off about an apparent early season loss in an abbreviated season.

Tonight got me thinking about the big picture. Sure I'm fired up and want to beat the Dodgers, what really matters right now is staying healthy and getting all these arms experience. Just like we found Urquidy last year, I think we have a shot to find another couple guys who could be in our rotation of top end bullpen prices. Rodriguez makes 7 for pitchers making their major league debut.

I'm interested why we're bringing up guys in A and AA?

Is there really no one on AAA that's better? Shouldn't your best guys be in AAA?

I can see if it's one or two skip because of upside and talent but to have this many guys from the lower levels is intriguing.

Dodgers with 10 hits plus 6 walks. Astros with 3 hits and 9 K's, plus 2 errors on DP grounders.

Kind of surprised it's only a 3-run game.

I love Texas Aggie sports, but I love Texas A&M more.

Agree with you. Some of these guys have done some good things against a powerful line up. Will be interesting to follow them through the year.

I will feel a lot better when we get Urquidy, peacock, and Pressly back.

All things considered, we were one bad inning away from winning this game 2-1

Bullpen guys after the 5th inning got the job done and kept us in it. Gotta love the rookies stepping up and making the most of their moments.
