We got good Lance once this series and we let them turn 4 hits into 4 runs with an inexcusable error while we somehow turned 10 hits and tons of loud contact into 2 runs... it is what it is.
Edit: And I'm not conceding yet. But 33 pitches through 1 and lack of control is a pretty bad situation with what we have in the BP

Well it wasn't disaster, but it was close. Gotta hit Morton- he's throwing strikes and keeping his count low.
For an organization that hangs its hat on analytics, we sure do have a way of ignoring what the numbers show about pitching to certain players. I get that you can't throw curves every single pitch, but when you have 1 dude with the highest OPS in postseason history who has done all of his damage on fastballs, maybe don't give him a hittable one on the inside/middle of the plate. Make him go opposite field.
