Ump would need to signal the first baseman was off the bag as the reason for safe. Since he didn't, it only mattered about the ball before the foot.

Under the replay rules apparently, managers get one review per game. If they are correct, they get an additional review. So, Minnesota would not have had an additional review.

But, the 8th inning on, the crew chief can call for reviews. That's why we had additional reviews.
