He's gone 88, 90, 90, 98 his last 4.

However, he got hit hard last inning. Even if he stays out of trouble, they'll yank him if they keep hitting the ball hard.

Has it been asked about Berrios' R foot being only half on the rubber at being set and when he comes to the plate, his toe is off the rubber.

Is that legal as long as he is in one continuous motion to the plate?
