He doesn't have a whole lot of changes he can make. 70% of the lineup is scuffling and 1/3 of them are black holes batting 1-2-3. He's got 10 rookies in the pen. About the only realistic change I see that's worth a change is to move James to the pen and let Framber start in his spot.
